These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made either verbally or in writing(email, text message, WhatsApp),mobile app. By booking with TRANSFERITI, you (the client) agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Bookings and Journey Details
For airport collections, we require your flight number and arrival time so we can monitor any delays. While we aim to stay updated, we are not liable for any incorrect or outdated information supplied by the client or from third-party flight tracking services.
Our driver will contact you (WhatsApp or Text Message) and aim to meet you approximately 40 minutes after your flight lands, allowing time for baggage collection and customs clearance.
If you are delayed more than 1 hour after landing, additional parking and waiting charges will apply. Waiting time is charged at £25 per hour or part thereof, in addition to any airport parking fees beyond the initial 1-hour allowance.
Any deviation from the pre-booked route (e.g., additional pick-ups, drop-offs, or changes) will incur additional charges.
You must inform us of the expected amount of luggage at the time of booking. We are not responsible for excess luggage not fitting in the vehicle.
If the driver agrees to load additional checked luggage, it will be charged at £20 per item.

2. Vehicles and Service Delivery
Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., breakdowns, staff illness) may require us to provide an alternative vehicle or subcontractor. TRANSFERITI reserves the right to supply a vehicle of equivalent specification.

3. Parking and Waiting Charges
Parking is included in the quoted fare as follows:
Up to 1 hour after your flight lands at Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, Stansted Airport, Luton Airport, etc... (drop-off/pick-up zones only Stansted Airport, Luton Airport, London City Airport, Norwich Airport, Southend Airport,etc..).
Terminal collections and assistance inside the terminal for some airports such as (Stansted Airport, Luton Airport, London City Airport, Norwich Airport, Southend Airport,etc...) are subject to additional parking fees and charged at £20 per hour or part thereof.

4. Payments
Account customers must settle invoices upon receipt. If payment is not received within 14 days, interest will be charged at 10% per week on the overdue amount.
We accept payment by cash or credit card.
Fares must be agreed upon prior to travel. Please refer to our rates at www.transferiti.com

5. No-Shows and Service Failures
If a booking is confirmed and the client fails to show or misses the flight, the full fare will still be charged.
If TRANSFERITI fails to attend a confirmed booking, we will:
Offer a full refund if payment has been made in advance, and
Contribute towards the cost of alternative transport.
However, we accept no responsibility for any consequential losses.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
1. If a booking is cancelled within 2 hours of the start time, 25% of the fare is refundable. 75% is non-refundable.
2. If the client fails to appear at the designated pickup point or cancels after the driver has departed, the full fare is due.
3. If the driver is present at the airport and the client fails to arrive or has missed their flight, the full fare plus waiting and parking charges will be payable.

7. Smoking Policy
All vehicles operated by TRANSFERITI are strictly non-smoking.

8. Liability and Lost Property
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
TRANSFERITI accepts no liability for loss or damage to property, regardless of cause.
If items are left in a vehicle, we will arrange for their return, subject to the client covering postage, packaging, or transport costs.

9. Delays and Missed Connections
While we aim to use the fastest and most efficient routes, we are not responsible for events outside our control, including but not limited to:
A) Vehicle breakdowns
B) Accidents, congestion, or travel delays
C) Missed flights, boats, trains, or appointments as a result of the above
Suggested departure times are for guidance only. It is the client’s responsibility to decide the appropriate time to leave. TRANSFERITI will not be held liable for any rebooking costs or other consequential losses.
